On the 1st January 2009, I had a small gathering with some of the SAMS people, including Onineko, MiKa, Ajay, Joseph, Tako, Adrian, and the awaited-from-KL SWATwolf lol It was such a and I mean very long time adi that we go out together like this XD Glad to meet all of you again lol Coz some of you went MIA dunno go where swt…! Originally wanted to dine at Village Fast Food, unfortunately it was closed that day when my frens reached the place 🙁 So after much discussion, decided to change place to The Tarot Cafe, which was formerly The Two Bananas SWATwolf’s quote : The Two Eaten Bananas, same place, same location XD *Complaints right below~~*
The Tarot Cafe logo.. The concept is very unique..
The environment is quite good..

From here onwards I’m gonna complain.. I got my drink last last last~! I think I would have finished my food if I haven waited for my drink @.@ And even like remind the workers there about 5 times for my drink adi.. I mean, wth.. izzit so hard to deliver my drink T.T
Even with a very nice concept, very nice environment, the service is not tat good at all o.O I think is a problem with the workers there.. They get confused so easily when taking orders, even added “extra” dishes for our table =.= And some of us waited like over an hour for their food(Adrian waited for 1 hour and half for his Hot Dog and French Fries) or drink(I waited an hour for my drink).. Not only that la of coz, some others also waited quite long for their food.. This is so shocking o.O We would have leave if not some of us got our food early..
Well, the service bad, is still ok.. The menu they provided.. um.. in my opinion is like cheap food sold at an expensive price.. For example the Chicken and Ham Fried Rice above sold at RM6.50.. I think the quality is much lower than RM6.50.. Don’t you think so? From the pics n their menu, the food were quite normal, very normal I shud say, but priced at an expensive rate.. Including ramen.. But all I see is maggi mee? o.O Price ranged from RM7.90-12.90 omg.. It would be more convincing if I showed the pic but I think I shud respect the Cafe owner. No wonder it took us like half an hour to order =.=Â Normal cheap food, high price.. People, go try and see yourself ^^
However, the drinks are acceptable and quite special, only some Tarot drinks looked cheap? According to my friends lol Safe to drink at The Tarot Cafe! XD
In conclusion, hate to say this but I still prefer The Two Bananas more than The Tarot Cafe! Who said The Tarot Cafe very good? If the food not special and very normal *cheap food sold expensive* and priced high(even French Fries so few adi RM4), the concept and environment doesn’t matter anymore.. Not to mention very bad service.. >.<
After that, kinda no mood for our gathering anymore.. haih…
There are a lot of Tarot cafes in Taiwan.

That sucks about the quality for the price and taking over the old place. I assume the workers slack off, I don’t think they’ll get very popular or stay in business long making people wait so long if they keep that up. It does LOOK pretty interesting though but that’s no excuse for crappy service.

Pity it’s a bad service + bad food price though…tht fried rice should b cheaper(well, in Sabah just right lah. ^^) since i could simply ordered for rm4.50 something, with more extra meat.
