Before I start, this is my costume for the parade ^^
Last nite was the Kuching City Day Parade on which my club, SAMS, were participating in.. We’ve practiced so many days and preparing our costumes was such a huge work and sum, but it was worth it ^^ I’ve never had so much fun in my life lol parading, playing, posing XD During the whole process, I think the most we did was posing and taking photos with the people beside the road who was watching the parade 😛 In other words, we’re not parading but taking photos the whole way thru the parade ^^” It’s because we’re cosplaying and were wearing unique costumes with weapons like katana, ninjaken, kunai etc etc Not to mention my Haro..? 😛 I was cosplaying Lacus Clyne from Gundam Seed ^^ Well, because of my wig couldn’t arrive on time, so I went to spray my hair pink.. not pink, it’s red but some said it’s purple lol
On that day, we went to uni at 12pm to prepare early..

Wow~ Look at the huge crowd who came to see the parade.. @.@ They’re so supportive ^^ Kuching Boleh~
When we reached our 1st station which was the stage for our performance, it’s our club’s turn to perform.. It was quite a success coz many people were cheering and shouting when we made our 1st appearance XD Shot a video of it, will post up the video on the next post 😛

Another photoshoot with the audiences ^^ A one big family XD During the wait to go into Padang Merdeka, Cosplayers from Cosworld met up with us and mix into the parade too 😛 So, our group became bigger hehe.. And more popular with Kakashi around.. Kids on the roadside : “Eh eh.. Naruto!” lol Too bad there was no one cosplying Naruto or else all the kids will come chasing us XD
Arrived at Padang Merdeka.. Hafta dance following the performance’s music there.. Jz simply dance.. lol

After the Choir Club’s performance, we waited for all the contingents to fin performing.. The grand finale started, which means all the contingents in the middle of Padang Merdeka dancing 2gether using the patriotic songs and created a M’sian Record which is 2700 ppl from S’wak celebrated Kuching Day together ^^ We danced Tarian Joget too lol pretty easy to dance hehe.. Had a lot of fun.. Screamed “Merdeka!”, “Kuching Boleh, Sarawak Boleh!”, “Kuching Merdeka!” etc 😛 And jz hate the mud >< Thank God it din rain XD Lucky lucky..
